Where Strategy Meets Community: Social Impact Consulting for Changemakers

At CoDesign Works PLLC, we combine legal acumen and strategic consulting to support changemakers for social impact. Leaders and organizations– ranging from government to private sector– partner with us because they are ready to create more inclusive policies, programs, services, and cultures. Like us, they believe that meaningful solutions must be mission-driven and informed by the communities most impacted by their decisions. They also appreciate that we are led by an attorney, academic, and policy specialist who has been in their shoes (former ED and state agency leader) and loves design thinking and research. We take the underscored togetherness of “co” in “CoDesign Works” seriously.

We bring more than your standard organizational development approaches or disability inclusion keynotes. We’re nationally recognized experts in accessibility and disability. We especially shine in supporting leaders and organizations who identify as being disability- or neurodivergent-led, or really want to become those kinds of places. We embrace problem-solving, messiness, adaptability, and urgency because they are at the core of what it means to live with disabilities, especially in these times. We also know that the pace of change feels glacial and we all need spaces for rest, joy, and imagination.

We’re driven by a commitment to equity, innovation, and sustainable progress. We want communities and governance where we all belong. The work of social change is hard enough. What if you had a partner in it that valued candor, humor, and creativity?

CoDesign Works is a Small Certified Supplier (SCS) in King County and has been recognized as a woman-owned business and LGTBQ-enterprise (WBE & LGTBE) by OMWBE. We’re also proudly disability-led with all that wisdom and a side of neurospice.
